Yes, we love what we do!!!

Do you accept indigent / court-appointed cases?

Yes!!! The vast majority of our work is court-appointed. However, with some exceptions, if the attorney is retained, we should be as well.

In which counties do you accept cases?

We accept cases all over Texas. We handle a lot of cases in Harris County, but our home office is located in Colorado County—uniquely positioned between Houston, Austin, and San Antonio—allowing us to efficiently serve clients over a very large area.

How much do you charge?

Our fees can be hourly or flat rate depending on the service and circumstances. Our hourly rate is $150 per hour, not including expenses or other fees (i.e. database charges).

How do I get updates and/or reports?

We use a case management provider (MyCase) which allows our clients to easily and securely access shared documents and reports whenever they need them.  Depending on the type of case, we may provide updates via phone and email.

Do you accept sex cases?

Yes!!! No matter what the allegations are, we believe everyone is entitled to diligent representation, including a comprehensive investigation.

I want to find someone. Can you help?

Yes!!! With a few identifiers (i.e. name, DOB, old address), we can usually find people pretty quickly.  For legal reasons, we will not provide location or contact info to non-attorneys. Instead, we contact the person you are looking for and provide them with your name and contact info, giving them the choice to reach out, or not.

Do you perform background checks?

Yes!!! With a legally permissible purpose, we can provide a range of information—from criminal and civil litigation to assets and more. Please note, we do not currently perform background checks for employment purposes.
